In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? Fitness in 1998
and bodybuilding 1991.
Why do you like fitness? I love fitness, because I get to travel and
meet people , while doing what I love to do .. say in shape and be healthy.
What is your favourite meal and drink? I
love fitness, because I get to travel and meet people, while doing what I love
to do .. say in shape and be healthy.
What is your favourite diet meal? Spinach /onion/egg white
omelette.
What do you think about the fat burners products? When used
properly, they are effictive but many people abuse them.
Do you use the fat burners products? 2 months prior to a show I
will use theromgenics, Year round I use L- carnitine.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the
fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? No way!! It is
much more then that. It is about a ton of e-mail questions and trying to give
back to the community. It is about learning new ideas/training methods, it is
about presentation and representating the sport well. The public only see a
small portion of what we do. It is a 24 hour/7 day a week job for me.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? It is
growing every day.
Say something about your gymnastics
preparation. This was very hard for me, because I have no former
background in this area. Therefore, I hired a coach and we practice 4 x week. I
have come to enjoy it , but still have a lot of work to do.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition
hard? That is the easiest part for me, because I enjoy all the foods on
my diet. Plus , I feel so much"healthier", when I am on a clean diet plan. By
clean, I mean no sugar/flour/salt.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? Being judged,
becuase I feel that we are all winners!
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I
would love to make top 5 in a show. And I would love to find some financial
sponsorship. It is very expensive to travel /compete.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? I was
so happy, when I was given the opportunity to go to Slovakia and compete this
year. The promoter paid my way and to me….that was an honor and in incredible
success. He had so many people to pick form, and he choose me.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? To help others
along the way. It is a great time to be able to give back to the community!!
Write your another hobbies? Snowboarding/running /adventure racing
/going to the park with my 2 dogs and husband. I also enjoy attending classes,
that are fire related. I love learning!!!
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? Sept 11 was a
terrible day for everybody, but it was extremely hard for the fire service. I
lost 373 brothers that day. What I saw there, I cannot put into words , but it
made a huge impact on how I view things today.
