When did you start to do the modeling? January 2002
How did you get to the modeling world? By pursuing it.
What do you think about the fat burners and do you use them? I
think they are a great tool if used correctly.
Do you do some sport or do you exercise in the fitness studio? I
workout in the gym.
Why do you decided to work like model? It was something that I've
always wanted to do.
What means for you the helathy, life style? I think a healthy
lifestyle is very important. I eat right and workout constantly!
Which is your common food plan? Must you keep the diets? For breakfast, I eat eggbeaters and wheaties crunch (or oatmeal). For lunch, I have turkey or chicken with wheat bread or brown rice.
For a snack, I have a protein bar (Nitro Tech....they are the best!!). For
dinner, I have chicken or turkey and some type of veggie. I splurge about once,
maybe twice a week on foods that are not in my regular diet. I have to,
otherwise I'll go crazy!!
Write please your hobbies? Working out, spending time with my
boyfriend and friends, dancing, reading, and watching football.
