In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 2000.
Why do you like fitness? I love to compete. I enjoy incorporating
two activities that I love... weight training & gymnastics.
What is your favourite meal and drink? Peanut Butter & Diet Dr.
Pepper.
What is your favourite diet meal? Protein Pancakes.
What do you think about the fat burners products? They work.
Do you use the fat burners products? I have used them in the
past.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the
fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? I love to compete
- it's a great discipline and it's a lot of fun. Fitness is about feminine
muscularity - not excessive, but a well toned & shapely physique.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? I think
Fitness has come a long way since it began, and that with growing support, will
become more popular as it becomes more mainstream.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. Routine training
is a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. There's nothing better then the feeling
of all your moves coming together to make a winning routine. I took some
gymnastics when I was young, but have had to put a lot of work into retraining
and regaining flexibility.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition
hard? The diet is a discipline in itself. I am well prepared when I am
dieting - I pre-plan my meals and I make all my food in advance. This way, I am
less likely to be tempted by all the great food that my kids get to eat! I am
very focused and don't really allow food itself to become as issue.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? I truly enjoy what I
do. Yes, the training can be intense and the diet is very restrictive, but when
you get on that stage, looking your best - it's worth every minute!
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I
will be competing at National level in 2003, in both Fitness Tall Class &
Figure Class, and would dream of winning my Pro Card there. I would also like to
further my Fitness Modeling career.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? 2002 his
been a busy year for me. I competed in the following Fitness & Figure
Competitions: Apr. 2002 - Westcoast Naturals Bodybuilding & Fitness
Competition: 3rd Place, Figure July 2002 - Western Canadians Bodybuilding
& Fitness Competition: 4th - Fitness Tall Aug, 2002 - BC Provincials
Bodybuilding & Fitness Competition: 2nd Place Figure Div. & 3rd Place

What is for you very important in fitness sport? To improve upon my
gymnastics skills.
Write your another hobbies? Going to the park with my children,
playing guitar & baking.
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? This has been
an eventful year for me... I'm happy with my accomplishments this year and look
forward to building upon them in the future.
