In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 1998.
Why do you like fitness? I find myself excelling both mentally and
physically. I get to meet people with the same goals and desires. It is fun!
What is your favourite meal and drink? I like grilled seafood and
sparkling water.
What is your favourite diet meal? Orange roughy and grilled
vegetables.
What do you think about the fat burners products? I use them for
getting in shape a couple of times a year.
Do you use the fat burners products? Yes.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the
fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? There is the
Fitness America that is not muscular, the IFBB is more muscle and there is a new
category called Figure in the NPC that is not muscular.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? I will
help promote the sport because I think many women benefit in many ways from a
goal of fitness.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. When I am in
competition, I rehearse almost every day to get my skill as high as possible
since I am new to gymnastics. I am retired now and do not spend all of my days
in rehearsal. I am too busy acting and modeling.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition
hard? I do not have a hard time with my diet.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? The hardest was the
gymnastics.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I
was a PRO in the Fitness Universe Pageant in 2000/2001.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? Now I
represent Ironman Magazine at the big Bodybuilding and Fitness shows. I hosted
the Arnold with Kelly Ryan and Shawn Ray in 2002.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? It important to
help others find their motivation.
Write your another hobbies? I love the water. I go deep sea
fishing, I like to read, make home made soups, go shopping and just relax with
friends.
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? I am excited
to be so active in the fitness industry helping other athletes. I have a monthly
column in Natural Muscle Magazine where I answer questions from fans.
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise. My favorite
exercise is cardio. I like to run. My least favorite exercise is hamstrings.
They always hurt when I work them hard.
