In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 1996.
Why do you like fitness? It makes you a happy, healthy and confident
person through the lifestyle that you live by the choices you make.
What is your favourite meal and drink? Big Steak on the BBQ and a
nice bottle of Red Wine.
What is your favourite diet meal? Scrambled Eggs with cheese on
top.
What do you think about the fat burners products? They are very
useful if combined with the right diet.
Do you use the fat burners products? When dieting for a comp
YES.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the
fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? It depends what
federation you compete but I think it's a shame that the tendency is to lean
towards Gymnastic type routines, that is not what fitness is about.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? I think
that the popularity of the sport is dying and this can be attributed to the
expectations of judges on athletes.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. I aim to do only
what is in my skill level, gymnastics is good training for fitness but it is a
sport of it's own and should stay that way, fitness should not have so much
gymnastics in it. Sports Aerobics is an example of a sport that does not allow
most gymnastic moves simply because they want their own identity and style of
competitors, fitness is unfortunately not trying to be a sport of it's own;
rather a clone of another sport.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition
hard? The first two weeks are as your mind wants to resist the diet and
tempt you to eat other foods.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? Understanding what
the judges want? It seems that every competition is judged differently, there is
not enough consistency within and between federations.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? To
help as many people as I can to improve their health and fitness.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? Winning
the 2000 Miss World Fitness Title.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? Being the best I
can be and being happy with who I am and what I stand for.
Write your another hobbies? Studying, training, going to the beach,
playing with my puppies, spending time with friends and family.
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? I am happy
that within myself I am very comfortable with who I am and what I am doing. I am
sad to not be going to Europe for competitions this year.
