What is your favourite meal and drink? Anything Chocolate and red wine.
What is your favourite diet meal? I hate dieting!
What do you think about the fat burners products? They should be used in moderation. Be careful when taking them, don't get addicted.
Do you use the fat burners products? Rarely.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? I think the trend is going towards a muscular yet feminine look as opposed to super lean and large.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? Women will be working towards a feminine look, not so lean, more feminine fat.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. I don't do any gymnastics because the Figure Division, which I compete in, doesn't require inverted moves. However, I have a hard time with routines because I don't like structure. I am a free style performer.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard? Not really. I am lean year round so dieting has to be done at the right time or I would loose too much muscle. I do have a hard time staying away from chocolate. I think I need it every day!
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? The routines.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I hope to get some work such as modeling, or acting but in reality, I just want to make women to want to work out. I hope I can inspire women of all ages.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? Recognition.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? For people to be positive and have fun!
Write your another hobbies? Being with friends and family, hiking, camping, reading, computers, shopping!
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? I am very happy! I will be on the WB TV show Elimidate soon!
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise. I hate cardio! I love any weight exercise because it's challenging especially chin-ups and dips!
