Why do you like fitness? I love to perform and the physique, it comes natural to me.

What is your favourite meal and drink?
I love East Indian Curry and also love sushi. Pop is also something a crave.

What is your favourite diet meal?
Any, when I diet for show I think of it as fuel, not food, not taste or pleasure so it is simple.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
I don't use them and neither do any of the competitors or clients I train, I can do it without them.

Do you use the fat burners products?
Nope

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? Depends on the organization. Some do have a more muscular set of competitors, and there are natural contests with smaller girls.

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
It is getting big, slowly. It is up to us to set a good example so that the future competitors are set on the right track.

Linda Cusmano Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
I use whatever I learned back in highschool. The only move I learned later, in 1999, was an aerial, but I still have to polish that up.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Sometimes, but I just look in the mirror at my abs and feel better.

What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
The politics in the industry and the girls who are over board and become mean. Then the sport is no longer fun or inviting.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
World title, more to just better myself and improve but I would also like to win the Fitness Canada.

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
So far I have 4th place in the World for WNBF Ms. Exercise, this was after a car accident as well.

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
Fairness ...but that is not always in this sport. The one thing you do get is a great accomplishment and that is worth more than what any judge can tell you.

Write your another hobbies?
Kickboxing, inline skating, movies, dancing, watching sports like NHL hockey and car racing.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
My injuries are healing vere slowly since my car accident in 2000. I can still compete but suffer much more pain than before.

Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise.
I love and hate Squats, Pullups.. I used to be so good at them but once I had damage to my back from the car accident I struggle with them now.
