In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? In year 1999

Why do you like fitness? Engaging in sports helps achieve a higher level of confidence and self worth, as well as helping me live a better quality of life!

What is your favourite meal and drink?
Steamed oysters. Drink, dr. brown black cherry soda.

What is your favourite diet meal?
Chicken with black beans and brown rice. Drink, diet mountain dew.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
I know they do work, but a person has to decide for themselves if they want to take the health risk in using such products. Products containing ephedra (mau huang) have been known to increase heart rate, high blood pressure and even death in rare cases. I wouldn't want suggest to my friends to use them and have one of them suffer from heart problems related to the drugs. I couldn't live with that.

Do you use the fat burners products?
I have. I know my heart races and pounds! My blood pressure has risen as well. I don't think its something I need to take again. I tried it. I got jittery and anxious. I t wasn't good feeling.

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
No. Fitness competitions seem to be about athletics and physique. I believe the women of fitness routine competitions work very hard performance wise. I admire their abilities! I do not participate in fitness routine based competitions. I compete in fitness competitions based on the obstacle course, fitness skills and physique (like the women's tri-fitness).

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
It seems like level of competitivness continues to rise. The women who are competing now have to have extensive gymnastic abilities or the do not score high.

Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
I do not do fitness routine based competitions.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Obstacle course competitions are performance based. We have to consume a lotof healthy calories for all the enegy we expend.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
I would like to continue modeling in the fitness arena. I would also like to continue educating people on the importance of a health lifestyle through proper diet and exercise!

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
2002 6th in Womens trifitness world challenge obstacle course. 1st in team relay.

Write your another hobbies?
Triathlons, adventure racing, wakeboarding.

Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise.
Favorite exercise: plyometric training for legs hated exercise: chest press!!!!
