In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 2001
Why do you like fitness? It's a great hobby! I've been active in dance and sports since I was 3. I didn't want to give that up after graduating from college.
What is your favourite meal and drink? My favorite cheat food is pasta and chocolate. My favorite cheat drink would be Merlot.
What is your favourite diet meal? Fat burners are ok if the they are being used right. A lot of people do not use them properly. I think they should be used in moderation and if you really need them to help get rid of those last couple pounds.
What do you think about the fat burners products? I have used them and when I do use them it's only for about 4 weeks.
Do you use the fat burners products? I think fitness competitions are a great sport! They are time consuming and get very difficult becuz the competition is hard. All the girls I have met from these competitions are absolutely wonderful. They're nice, fun, friendly. The actual competition is a blast aside from the jitters.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? No I don'ot think that fitness competitions are all about being muscular at least not all of them. I know the Fitness America wants a smoother, softer look. Where as the NPC does want the muslce and the harder physique. It's good to have both, because you need to appeal to all types of people.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? The future is looking bright for fitness competitions. There are new girls getting into the sport every year.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. I never did club gymnastics, but I took classes at my dance studio once a week and my tumbling got better when I was cheerleading in college and Central Michigan Universtiy. I started working with a gymnastics coach in December to build more strength.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard? Yes the dieting before the competitions is very hard for me. I love to eat! But I get through and in the end it's really not as hard as I make it out to be.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? The dieting - all the other preparations are fun for me.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? Right now I just want to have fun. Since it's just a hobby I'm striving to improve at every competition I do, whether it be a harder routine, moving up a place, etc.

What is for you very important in fitness sport? To stay positive and get sleep! It's easyto get tired and cranky when you're preparing for a compeition becuz there are so many things to do. Keeping a positive attitude helps you anyone get through the most difficult and nerve racking times. I also need to get my sleep. If I don't get at least 8 hours watch out!
Write your another hobbies? Dancing - Ballet, jazz, lyrical, funk- rollerblading, biking, tae-bo classes.
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise. My favorite exercise are explosive/jumping lateral raises. My favorite body part is my shoulders. My least favorite excercise are chin ups - because I can't do very many.
