In which year did you started to do the sport?
I started wrestling in 1995.

Why do you like fitness?
It makes me feel good to be in shape and wrestling gets me motivated.

What is your favourite meal and drink?
Steak and baked potato. Sweetened iced tea.

What is your favourite diet meal?
Tuna salad and water with lots of lemon.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
Some of them are good but don't overdo them. I prefer all natural products rather than chemically produced ones although I have used both.

Do you use the fat burners products?
Ocassionally I have used natural products and sometimes Stacker 2.

What do you think about the fitness competitions?
They give you a goal which motivates you to do the best you can.

Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
No, I think that fit people come in all sizes and like the lightweight competitions a lot. Not everyone wants to be big.

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
I think it gets better every year. More women are getting into fitness and that's a great thing!

Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
For wrestling, you need to do a lot of stretching. Strength training and cardiovascular are equally as important.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
My wrestling career keeps me busy all year so I'm always trying to watch what I eat. Before really big shows, i diet harder and hate it. I'm not very good at dieting. I would prefer to stay in the gym for longer.

What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
The muscle soreness bothers me sometimes. I like to get massages when I'm feeling really bad.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
I want everyone to remember me as a great wrestler and an equally good person.

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
I have wrestled for WWE a couple of times and received good reviews. I have wrestled on an international level and have traveled a lot.

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
The fans of my wrestling are most important to me. If I can keep them happy, it pleases me.

Write your another hobbies?
I love to read and I love to travel.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
So far 2002 has been a good year and I think it will only get better.

I love to do bicep curls because I see results right away. I hate to do leg presses because my legs ge tso sore!
