In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 2001
Why do you like fitness? It feels good to exercise and get my blood moving. It feels very good to be in great shape.
What is your favourite meal and drink? Cheetohs are my favorite food. I like to drink wine.
What is your favourite diet meal? Brown rice fried in egg whites.
What do you think about the fat burners products? They are dangerous if they use stimulants; otherwise, they are helpful.
Do you use the fat burners products? I use conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) only.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? Yes, they often pick the most muscular women and that's a disturbing trend. Being fit does not mean just being big. I also think they are too "political," which means they pick the women who work for the companies that sponros the competition.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? I think it will die out in a few years, just as female bodybuilding has done, unless we change some of the dangerous trends like steroid use and super-low body fat.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation. I don't compete in a program that requires gymnastics. I compete in obstacle course.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard? Not really. I don't like food that much.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? Trying to get my body to look as muscular as the shorter girls. I 's very hard to achieve when you're tall.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I'd like to be a fitness writer; write books and magazine articles.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? 5th in obstacle course at Galaxy North America, 2001.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? Fairness. I don't think the swimsuit events are judged fairly.
Write your another hobbies? Playing piano, camping, downhill skiing, karaoke.
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise. I love to exercise outdoors; I like climbing my rope or running uphill. My least favorite is working legs in the gym because I have to do so many reptitions.
