Do you use the fat burners products? Yes.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? I think that fitness competitors are becoming too muscular.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? Things will change, I believe people like to see women who are in shape but not overly muscled.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard? If I start far enough out I do not have a problem.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport? The mental prep.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /? I would like to be on the cover of a fitness or body building magazine.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions? Just having the courage to enter any contest and doing my personal best.
What is for you very important in fitness sport? The mental focus, and not comparing myself against others, just doing my personal best.
Write your another hobbies? Boxing, softball, bowling, crafts, and cooking.
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise. I enjoy working biceps the most, leg days are my least favorite.
