Claims rules

The Goods, except the servises and photos, which are bought in our electonical shop is possible return to 14 days from the date of delivery.
( afther the novella of civil code Czech Republic - law nummber. 367/2000 Sb.)

You can return the goods , except the services and photos only in the case, that is was not used and it is not broken. It must not broken the originally packing.
The Buyer will announce the defects to seller by e-mail on the adress reklamace@fitnessky.cz. Please, send the goods by post after the give consent to. Send the goods by pay on the adress of our company residence. Please, write the accompanying letter to box, why you return the goods.

Services ( food plan,traning plan, consultation advices,date package and another), You can claim the photos only in the case , if the delivery had not been complete or the goods had been broken.

It is necessary from the buyer send every documents /which were send to the goods, for example invoice, guarantee list and another/ to seller , when you need claim the goods.The buyer must return the defective goods complete to seller.It means in originall packing too.

The seller will dispose of the claim or will give the message the buyer about the course of dispose his claim after the delivery of claim goods.

The seller has not the responsibility for the defects from the using of the goods, functional characters, unprofesional using of the goods. Another then the damages , which are method outer influences and bad manipulation, by transports. It is not guarantee on the defects of this origin.
